Dayton Parenting Time Attorney
During a divorce or custody case, the parties are usually separated, which means the children will live with one of the parents. The other parent will be allowed parenting time. The court has its own schedule of parenting time (referred to as the Standard Order of Parenting Time) and will implement this schedule unless the parents can agree to different times. The Standard Order is every Wednesday night for three hours and every other weekend from Friday night to Sunday night. Holidays and vacations are divided as well.
Parenting time usually is based on negotiations. The right attorney that knows how to negotiate will make the difference in your case. Travis Kane has the training and the skills to get the best parenting time schedule for you.
