Evidence
Evidence
The State is required to provide a copy of all the evidence they intend on using against you in your case. This evidence is your Discovery. Most evidence in an OVI case consists of a police report, a Field Sobriety Testing report, a Breathalyzer report, and a copy of the dashboard camera video, if available. There may also be additional reports, pictures, witness statements, and anything else the prosecutor receives from the police. This evidence usually determines the outcome of your case.
As your attorney, we will discuss this evidence with you and explain what are the options and defenses available to you.
